* The prices above are basic estimates assuming a floor area of approximately 30 tsubo (about 100 m²).
The official design and construction costs will be presented as a detailed quote after the "seismic diagnosis (on-site survey)" is completed.
* Actual costs will vary depending on the building's conditions.
(Examples of variable conditions: total floor area (size) of the building, building age and degree of deterioration over time, availability of existing drawings and building confirmation/inspection certificates)
* The method of receiving subsidies differs by municipality (whether it is a "reimbursement" paid into your account, or a "proxy receipt" paid directly to us).
